Paula grew up in a small village in The Netherlands, surrounded by the serenity of nature with a forest as her garden. From a young age, she dreamt of living abroad, where the warmth of the sun would embrace her. Trusting her inner voice, she followed her intuition and made her way to Barcelona, Spain, where she now calls home.
She believes that before we incarnate on Earth, we choose our soul’s path. Our journey back to remembering who we truly are is unique to each of us, and along the way, we discover different tools that help us heal, awaken, and connect with our authentic selves. Paula emphasizes that we are always connected, and the answers we seek are already within.
Paula's love for books runs deep, often acting as a "personal library" for friends. With a lot of passion & joy she is now creating them herself. From a young age, she held a strong belief that everything happens for a reason and has always felt a magnetic connection to the stars. Childhood memories of sleeping under a ceiling full of glowing stars brought her comfort and a sense of belonging to something greater.

Her spiritual journey intensified in 2019 when she began attending yoga and divine feminine retreats. She deeply resonates with the rise of the Divine Feminine energy and believes in the importance of reclaiming this powerful, sacred energy within ourselves. "We are not meant to fit into small boxes—we are cyclic, sacred beings," she says.
In 2020, Paula was attuned to the first level of Reiki (Usui System), which sparked a passion for healing. This led her to explore different modalities, expanding her toolkit for self-healing and helping others.
During her yoga teacher training in Málaga in 2021, she found her passion for mental health and for teaching others to connect the body, mind, and spirit. Paula firmly believes that we each carry our own medicine within.
She connected with Sacred Sound during her journey in Lake Atitlan, beginning of 2023. Sound is Frequency! Our voice is the most powerful unique healing instrument we have.
